How many of you have read the hilarious account of one Julie Powell's efforts to cook ALL of the dishes from Julia Childs' Mastering the Art of French Cooking? If you haven't read the book, the movie will be out soon. The film will star Meryl Streep as Julia Child.
Julie Powell, a temp and aspiring writer, wants to do something exciting in her life. She decides to start cooking, but not just any cooking: she aspires to cook every recipe in Child's. Julie keeps track of her progress on her blog, and the process and results are hilarious.
